*Sidenote: The reason this is so late is because I thought I wrote one already then realized I didn't. Hahaha*
So June 25-26, 2013 the Backstreet Boys went to NYC to promote their new single "In A World Like This" off their new CD "In A World Like This." They performed on Live with Kelly and Michael and made an appearance on The Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda. I decided to take a bus 8 hours to the city to see them.
Got the important things ready for my trip and Brian thought he should inform me that chewy sweet tarts are his favorite. LOL
So I take the bus and make it to NYC. Met up with Casey, her son Cole and friend Jay. We made it to our hotel to get freshened up and whatnot. I decided to be silly and tell Brian to come out and play while in NYC. And it worked....kind of....He's funny. LOL
Except when I saw him I surprised him and "found" him first. ;) He told me he was really looking for me, I told him I didn't believe him but we'll go with it anyways. LOL
We chatted a little bit. He asked me how my 8 hour bus ride was. Then he made sure to know if it was a bus ride or a train ride. He's weird. I gave him some sweet tarts. He was excited. He was like "I saw those in your picture on Instagram!" I was like "Really? I know" Then he seemed concerned about taking my candy. I told him it was fine and I had more. How considerate of B-rok? :) LOL
So we took pictures and chatted some more.
I printed out the picture that he tweeted me of him wearing his "B-Rok" necklace and asked him to sign it. He laughed and was like "And you didn't believe me that I still had it!" I laughed and said "That's not true! I just didn't know if you still had it so I asked." And he said "And I showed you." LOL
Finally got a solo picture with Kevin. He even took it. First I asked Q to take it and he said "Sorry I can't I'm watching Brian." I said "I like to do that too!" And he said "Yeah but I don't watch him the same way you do." LOL Then I asked Kevin's bodyguard to take it and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language so Kevin said "Here I'll do it." He's cute.
Brian, Kevin and AJ were together. They had just came back from seeing "This Is The End." Howie and Nick were together eating dinner. After Howie and Nick came back from dinner Nick seemed annoyed and just walked by. Howie stopped to chat. I even had Howie convinced he swore in front of a child. Confused Howie might just be one of my favorite things. ;)
After that Q and AJ walked down the street so AJ could get a massage. While AJ was getting his massage Q was outside chilling talking to us. He's so cool. We talked about how Cole is gonna be Howie's bodyguard and replace Josh. He even helped me get a video of AJ for a friend. AJ came out and was chilling while smoking for a bit. It's cool to just chat to them as people and not just as a Backstreet Boy.(If that makes sense. LOL)
So the next morning is when the boys were on Kelly and Michael and the Today show. We get up early and head out on another adventure. We went to the Today show to see the boys. They didn't let anyone in but the boys were awesome and stopped for pictures/autographs before and after.
Instead of getting a picture with Brian I asked him if I could just take a picture OF him. Of course he had to be silly. ;)
Then we decided to take a selfie. I was pretty excited because I always wanted a selfie with Brian where he took the picture and up until then I didn't have one. I started out trying to take the picture only I failed. He took my phone and was like "I got this." HAHAHA
After that the boys left and we saw Kathie Lee Gifford. She was super nice. My mom loves her. So I got a picture with her and told her how my mom loves her. She told me to tell my mom Thanks and that she said Hi. :)
Then I got ready to take a bus back to Buffalo as another BSB adventure came to an end. :)

The year that was 2013....
As we close on another year I sit here reflecting everything that has happened. What an amazing year 2013 was. By now most know that these blogs are usually Backstreet filled. Well this one will be no different. Top 5 moments of 2013 in the order they happened.
#1. April 1, 2013. Brian Littrell called me on the phone. Crazy right? It started out as joke. But over the years I've learned to never doubt Mr. Littrell. :) The conversation didn't last long but it was amazing none the less. And the fact he took time out of his own personal down time with his family to do it was amazing in itself. He's a pretty awesome guy.
(PS: Brian if you are reading this just know how grateful and appreciative I am of every moment of my time you have ever given me and I will cherish those moments and memories no matter how big or small they are in my heart for the rest of my life. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!)
How many people can really say they talked to their favorite singer on the phone? Not many I bet. So cool.
If you wanna read more about my "One Phone Call" with Brian check out my blog here:

#2. April 19-22, 2013. I went to LA for the first time to celebrate with the boys 20 years of being together and they got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Such an incredible feeling to be there live watching it all happen. Never thought I'd make it to LA, especially for something like that. So blessed.

#3: June 25-26, 2013. "In A World Like This" single promo in NYC. The boys went on a little promo tour to promote their first single from their new CD coming out. One place they went was NYC. I took a bus to see them. They were on The Today show with Kathie Lee & Hoda and performed on Live with Kelly and Michael. I failed to write a blog about this one but I might still some day. Brian was his ever cute self telling me he was trying to find me. He was excited I brought him some sweet tarts, I finally got a solo picture with Kevin(He even took the picture. LOL) And we convinced Howie that he swore in front of a child. Good times.
#4. August 10, 2013. In A World Like This tour. Cleveland, OH. Since the boys never came to Buffalo on their tour I went to the closest place which was Cleveland. The boys were awesome as usual. Brian even wore my favorite hat like I requested. He's such a good listener. ;) LOL
If you wanna read more about the concert, sound check, ect. Check out my blog here: (Brian even read it. ;) LOL) In a world like this tour
#5. October 25-27, 2013. 20th anniversary cruise. Miami, FL and the Bahamas. This was my 3rd cruise with the boys and out of the 3 it was my favorite. Not only because of how amazing Brian was but because of how much fun I had just being with friends and hanging out. If you were a part of this then you know what I mean. ;)
A few of my favorite moments from the cruise:

I've made some new friends this past year as well. Some I feel like I've known my whole life. If you were a part of my life this past year I just wanna say THANK YOU....both old friends and new friends. Even if we don't talk anymore. The good ones are a blessing, the bad ones are a lesson so I welcome all that I crossed paths with. The ones who stuck around I wanna say another huge THANK YOU for taking the time out to get to know me to see that I am really not a heartless jerk like some wanna make me out to be.
I know I met more people than who are just in that picture but this is one of my favorite pictures and these are some of the best ones I met this year. (Well Casey we met last year but still I'll count you I suppose.LOL) It was so much fun hanging on the cruise and I CANNOT wait for more fun adventures with you guys and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting/seeing this year. True Story.
One last thing. Not to end this on a sad note. But as great a year 2013 was it is ending on a sad note. As most Backstreet fans know by now we lost a good one. John "Q" Elgani the long time bodyguard of the Backstreet Boys passed away on December 20, 2013 the day before his 41st birthday. Its hard to lose a loved one unexpectedly anytime but its even worse near the holiday season and his wife is 5 months pregnant. But even though he's gone I know Q's family and friends will do all they can to show her what an amazing person Q was.
I know it may sound silly to some but the boys BG's are just a big a part of it all as the boys. They do all the dirty work keeping those boys safe & most of the time go unnoticed. I had the pleasure to meet Q several times, he was one of nicest, kindest, funniest guys I met. Definitely gone too soon. Sending out my thoughts and prayers to his family especially his wife and unborn daughter, the boys, and the rest of his family and friends. BSB events will never be the same but I know we will meet again and I will get a hug not just a handshake. ;) #RIPQ

BSB cruise 2013
Honestly I don't know where to begin but here goes nothing....
Day 1. "Hot, Hot, Hot" sail away party, Are you smarter than a Backstreet Boy and the "Don't put out the glow" deck party.
So we weren't on the boat that long before all the boys eventually made their way into the dining area for some lunch. Fans were going crazy taking pics of them eating, ect. (So weird. LOL) Said a quick Hello to Brian and he hugged me and mentioned the sneakers that he made me(at this point still didn't believe he actually made me sneakers.) he told me they'd match my shirt and I'd get them soon. LOL

Went and met up with Casey and Heather. So awesome to finally meet Heather, pretty sure we were separated at birth or something. Haha Loved hanging out with them.
Went to find a spot for the sail away party. Hung out with Marge, Morgan & Charyl. So much fun. Seriously I love you guys. Thanks for letting me tag along. True story. The boys came out in sailor outfits. So sexy. Brian spotted me & told me I'd be getting my sneakers in 5 minutes. Then he disappeared for a few and soon reappeared with the sneakers. Now a little back tracking for those who don't know the sneaker story. So I tweeted Brian asking if I could borrow a pair of his bright kicks for the "Don't put out the glow" deck party & he asked me what size and said he might make me some. I've learned over the years never to doubt that man and he is usually a man of his word. This time would prove to be no different. LOL
So he comes back with the sneakers. They are so awesome. I love them. If you are reading this Brian seriously Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! a million times over! You are amazing. Don't EVER change.
He was super cute about it. He said they didn't have my size in women's so he got me a size in men and told me to let him know if they didn't fit. But they did. He's cute. :)
These are the sweet kicks Brian made for me. I love them. :)
The sail away party was lots of fun. The boys were full of energy and seemed ready for the cruise.
Next up was "Are you smarter than a Backstreet Boy." The boys were crazy. It was a lot of fun as well. I didn't take too many pics I just watched and enjoyed.
Later was the "Don't put out the glow" deck party along with free drinks from the boys. One of my favorite parts of the cruise. No shame. ;)
Love this girl. True story. She had me at Lemonade. Hehe
I seriously love these two. I don't care what anyone says. They are the cutest things together.
I loved that Brian was roking some orange. It's my favorite color.
Sometimes I try to do a cart wheel and then stand on my head with the help of Heather. Not something I would recommend especially if you are drunk and on a boat in the middle of the ocean. LOL
So we were just hanging around playing on the boat at about 4am and who do we run into? Oh you know just this guy. LOL I was like "Where the F*** did you come from Howie?" Good times.
Q was there as well. I seriously love Q.
Day 2. Beach party and Halloween deck party.
So we had to take a tender boat to get to the island. It was pretty creepy. But when we got there the island was beautiful. I really never wanted to leave.
True story!
Brian came over to where we were standing and we chatted for a bit. He said he heard I was afraid to wear my sneakers because I was afraid I was gonna spill something on them. Haha Eventually I wore them though. ;)
I asked him if I could take a picture of him. And of course he was okay with that. :)
Then he was like "Oh don't you want a picture with me?" And I was like "sure." If a Backstreet Boy asks you to take a picture you don't say No. Just saying. ;)
So we head back to the boat and get ready for dinner and the Halloween themed deck party.
The boys came dressed as the Village People. Brian was trying to kill me this cruise I believe. He was constantly dressed in uniforms. Men in uniforms are sexy sir. LOL
Got pictures with AJ, Kevin and Brian on Halloween night. Brian was crazy. He took like everyone's iPhone and snapped a bunch of selifes with them. It was hilarious but a lot of fun.
This was probably one of my favorite(and funniest) moments on the cruise with Brian. He was taking pics with everyone and when he got near me he sat on my hand because it was leaning on the little barricade thing. So I was like "Brian!!!" and he laughed and said "Oh sorry for sitting on your hand!" and I said "it's okay!" and he laughed and made a face and said "oh it is?" and then did it like 3 more times. He's crazy. LOL
Then the song "Grab someone sexy tell 'em HEY" came on and he was standing in front of me so I grabbed his shoulder and said "HEY!" and he looked at me confused and said "Hey??...Ohhhh *laughs* I get it. That's funny." I seriously love him. He's so awesome.
Selfie fun with Mr. Littrell <3
Leighanne even joined in on the fun. :)
They are so much fun. :)
I got to play with Kevin's hair again. I told him I loved his hair. he said thank you. I told him how every time I see him I just wanna ruffle it up and play with it & then he took his cowboy hat of and said "go for it." I died. Its so soft and fluffy. He then spent like 15 minutes telling me how he gets it so soft. I seriously love him.
I saw more of AJ then I ever wanted to on this cruise. Haha Oh AJ. LOL
All the days blend together kind of. I think this was when Nick had his Nick at Nite thing. I went to check out for a minute but it was kind of boring. DJ'ing isn't really my thing. And for his fans sake I kind of wished he did something else that was more interactive but at the same time with how some fans can be I don't blame him for being kind of distant. And I know how much he loves to DJ.
Day 3: Meet-n-Greet,Wylee fashion show, Howie's Rum DMC, Kevin's cover story, Q&A, concert and Bachelorette night. It was a busy fun day.
First up pics with the boys. They decided to wear their Captain's outfit for the pics. Smart decision boys. :)
The Wylee party was SO much fun. At first I didn't wanna do it but I'm so glad I went through with it. (Thanks Leighanne and Jodi and anyone else who helped talk me into it. Although I think that drink helped me out too, Thanks Jodi. ;) LOL)
I even wore makeup which never happens. Thanks Emily. And Heather too. Peer pressure is horrible. ;)
I was a little freaked out walking the runway with a bunch of fans watching me AND Brian. But it wasn't so bad. Even if Brian made me model the sneakers he made me more than the Wylee shirt. LOL
Seriously a HUGE thank you to Leighanne for always being so sweet and kind to fans. I'm so glad Brian pushed you to do the fashion show. So much fun.
The best bodyguard in the business. Just don't tell Q. ;) Haha
I didn't stick around for Howie's event. Partly because I didn't even realize it was in the same spot as the Wylee fashion show and partly because I was hungry I think. LOL
The Q&A was fun but honestly I think AJ talks to much. And he interrupts a lot as well. No hate really but it just gets annoying kind of. LOL
Saw part of Kevin's cover story. The way he did "Back to your heart" was amazing. I loved it.
Next we went to eat then get ready for the last deck party before we went to watch the concert. I loved the concert. The boys always put on an amazing show. They just did the "In a world like this" concert. Amazing as usual.
Next was the bachelorette deck party. The last night of the cruise is always the night you never sleep. I mean you are on a boat what fun would that be? So you just hang out play, get drunk, see some Backstreet Boys and then roll off the boat in the morning. At least that's what I have done every cruise so far. LOL
The boys outfits for the night were sexy. Brian even rok'ed a pink bra and his Backstreet Boys boxers. Sexy. LOL
After the boys left is when the real fun happens. 4am pizza and hanging with friends is one of my favorite things about the cruises. Although I shouldn't be allowed to use butter knives while intoxicated I don't think. I don't even know what's going on. LOL
But the real sign of a good night is when you take a picture and you don't remember taking it. Fun times. Letting people skip the line for pizza while others get mad. Oops? LOL
So this was my 3rd Backstreet Boys cruise and by far the best one. Not only because of the boys but because of the friends I was with and the new friends I met. I can't wait to do it again.
If you were a part of this in any way, shape or form I just wanna say a HUGE thank you. If I didn't mention you in the blog at all PLEASE don't take it personal but I enjoyed meeting so many people who I talk with frequently on twitter, ect. It was a blast.
A special thank you to Casey, Heather, Marge, Morgan and Charyl. I spent the most time with you guys either before, during or after the cruise and I loved all the moments and memories we made together. I wouldn't change them for anything. True story. Thanks for being my friend and taking the time to get to know me and not judging me I truly do appreciate it. :)
To the Backstreet Boys...there are NO WORDS to describe the way you boys make me feel. Can't believe I've been a part of this journey for almost 17 years. Thank you for letting me come along for the ride. Especially Brian...honestly you leave me speechless. I don't know how I got so lucky and blessed to be in the position I am in now but I wouldn't trade ANY of the moments I have shared with you for anything in the world. And despite what some might think I appreciate and I am grateful for every single moment of your time that you have given me along with those other 4 boys. My life wouldn't be the same without you guys in it so THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I also wouldn't have some of the best friends in the world without you boys! :)
Until next time.....
