#1. April 1, 2013. Brian Littrell called me on the phone. Crazy right? It started out as joke. But over the years I've learned to never doubt Mr. Littrell. :) The conversation didn't last long but it was amazing none the less. And the fact he took time out of his own personal down time with his family to do it was amazing in itself. He's a pretty awesome guy.
(PS: Brian if you are reading this just know how grateful and appreciative I am of every moment of my time you have ever given me and I will cherish those moments and memories no matter how big or small they are in my heart for the rest of my life. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!)
How many people can really say they talked to their favorite singer on the phone? Not many I bet. So cool.

#2. April 19-22, 2013. I went to LA for the first time to celebrate with the boys 20 years of being together and they got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Such an incredible feeling to be there live watching it all happen. Never thought I'd make it to LA, especially for something like that. So blessed.

#3: June 25-26, 2013. "In A World Like This" single promo in NYC. The boys went on a little promo tour to promote their first single from their new CD coming out. One place they went was NYC. I took a bus to see them. They were on The Today show with Kathie Lee & Hoda and performed on Live with Kelly and Michael. I failed to write a blog about this one but I might still some day. Brian was his ever cute self telling me he was trying to find me. He was excited I brought him some sweet tarts, I finally got a solo picture with Kevin(He even took the picture. LOL) And we convinced Howie that he swore in front of a child. Good times.
If you wanna read more about the concert, sound check, ect. Check out my blog here: (Brian even read it. ;) LOL) In a world like this tour
#5. October 25-27, 2013. 20th anniversary cruise. Miami, FL and the Bahamas. This was my 3rd cruise with the boys and out of the 3 it was my favorite. Not only because of how amazing Brian was but because of how much fun I had just being with friends and hanging out. If you were a part of this then you know what I mean. ;)
A few of my favorite moments from the cruise:

I've made some new friends this past year as well. Some I feel like I've known my whole life. If you were a part of my life this past year I just wanna say THANK YOU....both old friends and new friends. Even if we don't talk anymore. The good ones are a blessing, the bad ones are a lesson so I welcome all that I crossed paths with. The ones who stuck around I wanna say another huge THANK YOU for taking the time out to get to know me to see that I am really not a heartless jerk like some wanna make me out to be.
I know I met more people than who are just in that picture but this is one of my favorite pictures and these are some of the best ones I met this year. (Well Casey we met last year but still I'll count you I suppose.LOL) It was so much fun hanging on the cruise and I CANNOT wait for more fun adventures with you guys and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting/seeing this year. True Story.
One last thing. Not to end this on a sad note. But as great a year 2013 was it is ending on a sad note. As most Backstreet fans know by now we lost a good one. John "Q" Elgani the long time bodyguard of the Backstreet Boys passed away on December 20, 2013 the day before his 41st birthday. Its hard to lose a loved one unexpectedly anytime but its even worse near the holiday season and his wife is 5 months pregnant. But even though he's gone I know Q's family and friends will do all they can to show her what an amazing person Q was.
I know it may sound silly to some but the boys BG's are just a big a part of it all as the boys. They do all the dirty work keeping those boys safe & most of the time go unnoticed. I had the pleasure to meet Q several times, he was one of nicest, kindest, funniest guys I met. Definitely gone too soon. Sending out my thoughts and prayers to his family especially his wife and unborn daughter, the boys, and the rest of his family and friends. BSB events will never be the same but I know we will meet again and I will get a hug not just a handshake. ;) #RIPQ
